Henry’s Coffee and Events is an events business that specialises in artisan coffee for a range of events including brand activations, tours, promotional events, exhibitions and more.

The brief

We have worked with the Henry’s team for a number of years and unfortunately their business was severely impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic. As a result a change in focus was required and we were tasked with increasing traffic and in-turn enquiries for larger events.

the results

We have seen incredible results for the team at Henry’s Coffee and Events following the change in focus. In the last 12 months, organic traffic has increased by a phenomenal 300% with average daily impressions rising by a huge 220%. There has also been an increase in the number of keywords ranked for, from 30 to 133. It is also important to note that within 3 months of the strategy change, Henrys’ Coffee and Events was ranking in position 1 and 2 for 23% of target keywords and in the top 10 search results for 36% of target keywords.

how did we do it?

Following the team’s decision to change focus we conducted in-depth competitor analysis as well as detailed keyword research before developing a new SEO strategy aligned to the new business objectives set by the Henry’s Coffee and Events team.

Then came the time to implement our new strategy, our first job was to review the content and metadata for the website to align it with the new strategy. Then came implementing new keyword focused heading tags, alt tags and developing a new blog diary to target key areas. After the initial keyword refresh we were able to focus on technical SEO methods both on-page and off-page.
