    We were tasked with increasing website visibility, website traffic and in turn increasing the number of Deed Poll applications submitted.

    We began work with the Flexible Storage team in April 2020 tasked with increasing website traffic and in turn increasing bookings at their storage facility.

    We began working with the team in March 2020 and since then have seen incredible results. As this is a multi-service client, let’s break each set of results down into services.


    In March 2020, 37% of target keywords appeared in the top 20 search results, in March 2021 that percentage had increased to 77% and as of June 2023 that figure has increased further to a huge 96.20% of keywords appearing in the top 20 search results. A huge increase in domain authority from 22 in March 2020 to 40 in January 2022 has dramatically improved visibility for the business. A higher number of keywords in the top 5 keywords combined with higher demand authority has also led to increase in organic users per day. In March 2020 there was an average of 550 organic clicks per day and as of June 2023 that number has almost tripled to 1300 organic clicks per day.

    PPC and Paid Social

    When we first began our work with the UK Deed Poll Service, we implemented targeted PPC campaigns using Google Adwords. These campaigns yielded strong results, however a change to Google’s advertising policy meant that Adwords was no longer an option for our client. So we changed our focus to paid social and Facebook adverting. Since beginning our Facebook campaign in February of 2021 we have achieved fantastic results including a reach of more than 5 million people and more than 50,000 results. Our change in approach also led to a reduction in advertising spend for our client with better results. 

    how did we do it?

    Firstly, we developed a strategic SEO plan and targeted advertising strategy. Before implementing the advertising strategy we were keen to improve the speed, user experience and content on the site as we knew this would result in better performing ads. We utilised a combination of on-page and off-page SEO techniques to increase visibility including backlink building and citations. This combined approach resulted in a dramatic increase in keyword rankings, visibility and number of organic users. 

    Our SEO work also resulted in better performing PPC ads with a lower cost per click. Unfortunately a change to Google’s advertising policy meant it was no longer an option for our client. We were fast to react and provide an alternative paid advertising method in the form of paid social. We focussed our efforts on Facebook as it allowed for specific targeting and detailed audience demographics. Our move to Facebook advertising provided the opportunity to utilise fresh imagery, animations and push traffic to the website.
